The hotel was clean and modern with all the usual facilities. Staff were pleasant and helpful at check in/check out. The room had a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities which was appreciated along with complimentary bottled water. There was a noodle restaurant and imbiss across the car park but most places were shut as it was a Sunday. A 5 minute walk away there is an Aral filling station which had a small shop attached to buy some basic food/drink if required. We walked a little further under the railway bridge and found a pizza restaurant just beyond which provide a cheap reasonable meal. Breakfast the following morning was good with plenty of options of hot/cold/cereals etc. There is a above ground car park opposite and a underground car park under the hotel with a stairway direct to the hotel. Of course we had to pay the additional 4 euro city tax. And parking a car overnight cost another 20 euros. Both typical of my visits to german city hotels.

Excellent location: near the airport but at the beginning of the city, close to everything. There is a train station nearby (you can pay 5 euros for free public transportation for the whole day). Super friendly and kind hotel staff (you get a perfect score), rich in variety and quality breakfast (satisfying for the whole day). There is a heated pool, a dry and wet sauna, a gym (there are almost no hotels in Berlin that offer a heated pool. A taxi ride to the airport costs 23 euros. Excellent internet. Disadvantages: a small room and reminds a bit of a hostel and less of a hotel, there were days when there was no hot water as a result of shared treatments in the system Central heating (didn't bother me particularly).

I was greeted by the very friendly Aleksandra Kragli, who made me feel like I had arrived home, not at an airport hotel! She went out of her way to make my stay there the best they could offer, and she tried to accommodate breakfast for me, despite my very early departure. Congratulations for having such great staff and I hope you really appreciate Aleksandra for the treasure that she is. We all need sunshine, no matter where we travel and Aleks is a walking, talking, warming sunshine! Thank you!

The hotel was close to Frankfurt airport and very convenient for taking flights or a train since the train station is located by the airport. The hotel's location was quiet and you couldn't hear planes or street traffic. Room was good and comfortable and very clean. The lobby was also very clean and spacious , the staff very friendly , courteous and helpful. The restaurant had great food , attentive bar tenders and felt clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, although the location is a bit far from the center, you can easily reach everywhere because the tram passes right in front of it. If you are going to an event at Deutsche Bank Park, you will be very comfortable in terms of transportation. The staff were courteous and check-in and check-out were very quick even though we went during a very busy period (Harry Styles concert at Deutsche Bank Park).
