I came here to attend the NFL game (Chiefs vs Miami). The location of the hotel was perfect if you want to take the train. It was a small walk across the street to the train station to get to the stadium. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was good. They had many choices and eggs cooked to order.

The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, although the location is a bit far from the center, you can easily reach everywhere because the tram passes right in front of it. If you are going to an event at Deutsche Bank Park, you will be very comfortable in terms of transportation. The staff were courteous and check-in and check-out were very quick even though we went during a very busy period (Harry Styles concert at Deutsche Bank Park).

We picked this hotel because it was within "walking" distance to the Deutsche Bank Arena. What we thought was going to be a 20 minute walk was a 30 minute walk due to some construction, but still not that bad. Room was totally fine and breakfast was nice.

This hotel offers an ideal location for those attending stadium events, particularly football matches. It features top-notch amenities, hospitable staff, and rooms that are both roomy and cozy, enhancing the overall experience. Good parking as well.

Excellent location: near the airport but at the beginning of the city, close to everything. There is a train station nearby (you can pay 5 euros for free public transportation for the whole day). Super friendly and kind hotel staff (you get a perfect score), rich in variety and quality breakfast (satisfying for the whole day). There is a heated pool, a dry and wet sauna, a gym (there are almost no hotels in Berlin that offer a heated pool. A taxi ride to the airport costs 23 euros. Excellent internet. Disadvantages: a small room and reminds a bit of a hostel and less of a hotel, there were days when there was no hot water as a result of shared treatments in the system Central heating (didn't bother me particularly).

Excellent location for my work, being the Access Tower which was 300m down the road from the hotel. Also the local restaurants and being near the tram was a bonus to head into Frankfurt for a look around.

The room which I initially checked in had a problem with the lighting, which i only discovered when i returned to the hotel late in the evening. I brought this to the attention to the night manager, Antonio, who arranged for me to be moved to the Executive Suite. The executive suite was first class. Spacious room, comfortable king size bed, huge bathroom, lounge area, desk, choice of balconies. It was easily the best value for money i've ever received when booking a hotel. I received amazing service from Antonio & Carolina in Housekeeping and all other staff throughout the duration of my stay.

Nice room with a balcony over looking the forest. You could see the arena off in the distance too. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Easy to reach the city center on the tram that was in front of the hotel.

We used this hotel as a layover on our way to the south of France, it's location just off the motorway made this ideal to get off and in very quickly. The restaurant was closed when we arrived, but we were able to get a full menu within the bar area in the main lobby. Parking was easy, right in front of the hotel, and easy to get to the lobby. The breakfast area and content was great, fresh food and lots to choose from, we went down a little late for breakfast but were able to get anything that wasn't available just by asking.
